This luxurious house has been completely renovated with modern decoration and all the comforts to spend a wonderful vacation on the Costa del Sol.

Built on 4 floors, we find on the main floor, a large living room of around 60m2 with fireplace and direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining room of 50m2 and access to a terrace where you will find a table with capacity for up to 10 people and a gas barbecue. Likewise, the main floor has a guest toilet.

All the rooms in the house have centralized air conditioning, which can be controlled individually in each room, being able to choose a different temperature in each of them. The access to the villa is through a private gate and therefore the villa is located in a very quiet part of Nueva Atalaya, but still close to restaurants, shops, the sea and sports facilities. The Atalaya Golf Club is only 250m away and can be reached on foot in 2′. The A-7 motorway entrance with a gas station is about 800m away, the sea is about 3km away, the world-famous port “Puerto Banus” and the Golden Mile can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Our rooms are very spacious and our service is incomparable. In this location that is extremely quiet (dead end) but still very close to the desired amenities such as restaurants, golf, padel, swimming, etc.
