This amazing villa in very quiet residential, at 1km from the zoo called “Selwo”, close to several nice restaurants like “El Cazador” specialized in meat, a very nice coffee shop called Bossa, also “La venta del perejil” to have breakfast or lunch there , supermarket “Aldi” is at 2km from the house, but they are 2 small mini market walking distance from the villa.. New Paddel club opened recently with gym and restaurant too. The closer beach (Sand) is at 2km all way down and there is a very nice “Chiringuito” called SONORA BEACH, where you can enjoy sunbeds, nice food and drinks with live music.
When you enter the villa by car an electric gate will open on the entrance to park one car, and on the underground you have another garage to park another car, so you have parking space for max 2 cars, but you can also leave the cars on the street for free.
You’ll love the villa because of the ambiance, the location, and the views.
The villa has 5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one toilet, 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom ensuite, one on the basement with 2 single bed, and another bigger room on the basement too with 3 single beds, a double sofa bed + a folding single bed, for a total of 6 people, this two bedrooms on the basement share a bathroom with shower. Also on the basement, you will find the laundry area, with a washing/dryer machine, iron and board, etc..
We can provide a high chairs + a travel cot with mattress and bed linen for a baby without any cost.
Enjoy the outdoor living in south Spain at only 5´ from Estepona, 10′ to Puerto Banus and 15′ to Marbella.

A very nice house for a large group like ours. We were 13 people and we enjoyed it very much. The area was quiet and yet you can quickly get to anywhere.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and in a great location. Check-in/check-out was straightforward and seamless. The manager of the property goes above and beyond. We had issues with the alarm system, that were caused by ourselves, but Noelia was always there to help us out. Not to mention they have a website that has any information you will ever need, in regard to the home, which I have never had before.

We have just returned from my hen party staying in this beautiful villa. Noelia was the perfect host and very responsive throughout the whole stay if we had any questions.
The villa was amazing, as per the pictures, very clean and had enough crockery and glasses etc for the 13 of us.
It is a bit out of the way but this was ok for us. When we wanted to go out we used Uber who were very quick and reasonably priced.
I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelia -
